Zip's Place (cabin) sits on what was originally part of a homestead granted in 1937. In 1945 the land was bought by the Kimmet family of Cut Bank, MT and in 1954 they constructed the cabin that resides here today. Zip's has rustic accommodations including vault toilet, electric stove, refrigerator, lights, electric and propane heat, pots & pans, utensils & cutlery, dishes and cleaning items. Zip's party size limit is eight with two double beds and four twin beds. Please clean the cabin, empty the refrigerator and pack out what you brought including your garbage. Grizzly Bears live in the area; store your food, beverages, coolers, and garbage inside the cabin. Pets are not allowed at Zip's. A small stream runs behind the cabin. The cabin is available June 1st to March 31st.

Reservations can be made one day in advance and there is a three night maximum stay. Rental fee is $50 per night.

The combination to the cabin will be on your letter of confirmation from NRRS.
