We are SO excited to kick off the 2025 Pumpkin Season! Our Pumpkin Patch and Open Farm will open at 12pm on Wednesday, Oct. 1st! Check out our hours below! The first 3 weekends of October will be our Festivals! We will close the Open Farm on Oct. 20th but the Farm Store, Farm Yard, and Harvest Market Barn will remain open until Thursday, Oct. 30th. The Harvest Market Barn will be closed on Halloween…but of course our Farm Store remains open year round! See you at the Pumpkin Patch!!! Please note: our FARM STORE will be open as normal EVERYDAY from dawn to dusk to purchase produce, meat, eggs ,etc! Sorry, NO dogs allowed! Officially trained service animals are allowed per ADA. Non-service pets are not allowed on our working farm with livestock and our trained farm dogs. Thank you for respecting our farm and our commitment to being good stewards of our livestock. These weekends will have food trucks, fresh popcorn, fresh baked donuts, live entertainment, face painting and a more festival type atmosphere. The whole farm will be open to explore and see the animals! The following is our Pumpkin Patch and Open Farm schedule for the 2025 season starting Wednesday, October 1st: Mondays: 12-5pm Tuesdays: 12-5pm Wednesdays: 12-5pm Thursdays: 12-5pm Fridays: 12-7pm Bamboo Bar will be here from 3pm-7pm and live music from 4:30p-7pm on Oct. 3, 10 & 17th! Saturdays: 12-6pm Sundays: 12-5pm We are thrilled to welcome Deli Arepa, Bamboo Bar,, and Stuffed 406 the first 3 weekends of October! These are local food/drink trucks! Plus, we will have Big Sky Hollers and Texas Tom playing on the weekends! The Open Farm will close after Oct. 19th so we can prep our fields for winter and the animals can get back to their pastures. But the Farm Store, Harvest Market Barn and the Farm Yard will remain open until Oct. 30th! We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or credit/debit cards during the Pumpkin Festival!

We have a great time closing down main street to have games at local businesses including Stein Hoist, Hammschlagen, ring toss, and corn hole. We also serve beer brats, potato salad, chips, pretzels & cheese, and the businesses always have specials for drinks. Its a great time to come have a ball in Sheridan. Everyone’s family has that secret recipe, passed down from generation to generation. Tamarack Time! in Bigfork is the perfect occasion to flaunt your signature dish. Drop off your favorite dish in one of the 13 categories by noon for judging. The tasting opens to the public at 1 pm, and your $5 pass lets you sample all the entries. This amateur food competition is open to the public and invites the Flathead Valley to come down and enjoy this great event- and the great food! Hosted in the fall, this event takes place along Electric Avenue in Downtown Bigfork annually. Tamarack Time! is always the second Saturday of October. Want to get involved with Tamarack Time! There are three fantastic ways to do it. Chair a food category! Help make Tamarack Time! a success by rallying your friends, family, and strangers to submit a dish in that category. The day of all you need to do is man the table, with a couple volunteers you recruit, to receive the entries and serve tastings to the public. Be a judge! Cleanse your palate and sharpen your taste buds, and get ready to dive into Bigfork’s finest homemade culinary delights. Judging takes place from 12:15-12:45pm and the competition is fierce. Meet at Eva Gates at 12 sharp! Enter your best dish, or dishes! Whether you’re known for a particular dish, the keeper of a closely guarded family recipe, or just a home chef with a creation you can’t wait to share, bring it down to Tamarack Time! to see how it stacks up. There are 13 food categories and you can enter in as many as your heart desires. Presented by Downtown Billings & Montana Brewing Company, HarvestFest celebrates the changing seasons with a rich diversity of arts and crafts, mums, pumpkins, jams, face painting, balloon twisting, pies, and the final offerings of locally grown produce. HarvestFest is a grand community fall festival that takes place in the center of downtown Billings, on streets below Skypoint. Occurring annually the second weekend of October, after the Yellowstone Valley Farmers’ Market concludes for the season. This fall street festival draws people from all over the Northwest region into the streets and businesses of downtown. The event has something for all ages; experience the aromas of food-truck fare like roasted nuts, steak sandwiches, and kettle corn, live entertainment performing under Skypoint, Montana Brewing Company’s annual Oktoberfest Beer Garden and Stein hoisting contest, an interactive children’s area coordinated by Wise Wonders Science & Discovery Museum includes free crafts and activities. Stockman Bank will have a temporary tattoo station. Glen-Wood Inc will host games. First Bank of Montana will provide warm beverages.
