Join us for a vibrant and meaningful celebration of Día de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday that honors and remembers loved ones who have passed. As part of the Haunted Peaks Fall Festival, this free, family-centered event invites the community to gather in reflection, storytelling, music, and tradition.
Schedule of Events
Noon – 7 PM | Community altar open
Noon – 2 PM | Ofrenda making (bring photos, flowers, or favorite foods of your loved ones)
2 – 3:30 PM | Calaveras Literarias Story & Poetry Circle
4 PM | Presentation of Las Catrinas
4 – 7 PM | Street Fiesta with Mariachi Zavala, traditional foods, and children’s activities
At 3 PM, join us for a special introduction to the customs and significance of Día de los Muertos, highlighting traditions that connect generations and cultures.
