Our campground sits in a stand of over 50 mature cottonwood trees. It is near the juncture of the Tongue and Yellowstone rivers and just blocks away from the downtown core. There's great shopping and great restaurants downtown, or take a downtown walking tour to see many frontier buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Among them was the Olive Hotel, where Gus died in the epic frontier miniseries, Lonesome Dove.
We are also within walking distance to the Range Rider Museum which holds a TON of Montana's history as well as local history. There is a Walmart in town as well as an Ace Hardware, Albertson's, and various car/truck dealerships and great coffee shops as well. We are a great hub to stop at to settle down for a few days and have all the amenities one might need on their journey.
We have great wifi, a heated pool, great gift shop with local Made in Montana items, we sell propane (cheapest in town), have newly renovated bathrooms, a guest pavilion with gas grills for guest use and more!
Open April 15th until October 31st.
