The West Fork Ranger District administers to the southwestern portion of the Bitterroot National Forest. Selway River float permits are also administered through this office - permit deadline is January 31. The many miles of trails on the West Fork Ranger District provide opportunities ranging from short day-trips to extended back-country trips.
