Swan Mountain Outfitters - West Glacier Division offers guided trail rides and horseback trips in the Flathead National Forest adjacent to Glacier Park.

Our West Glacier Corral offers a variety of trail rides ranging from 1 hour to overnight horseback trips. Depending on the length of the trail ride, the scenery is characterized by trails that meander through the forested mountains and lush meadow valleys. Not to mention, awe-inspiring views of Desert Mountain, Strawberry Mountain, and the west side skyline of Glacier Park.

We have unique rides as well, such as our Cowboy Cookout which combines two favorite Montana pastimes - horseback riding and having a steak!

Throw in some s'mores and you've got the makings of a wonderful evening!

Our saddle paddle adventures, which combine whitewater rafting and trail rides, are not to be missed. We work with all four Glacier rafting companies to put together daily and multi-day packages.

If you want more time in the saddle check out our overnight horseback trip. This tour departs at 9:30am and is complete with a traditional cowboy dinner, fire, and a good night's sleep in a wall tent. After breakfast in the morning we'll head back and have you by late morning.
