High Country Trails is located just six miles southwest of Kalispell, Montana in the heart of the Flathead Valley. We offer guided trail rides from one and a half hours to a half day on the private 800-acre family ranch. The ranch provides a variety of wildlife, wildflowers, and panoramic views of the Flathead Valley and the majestic Rocky Mountains. We are open from May 1st through September and can accommodate from two to ten riders by reservation.

Enjoy a two-hour horseback tour of the ranch with a saddlebag lunch or take a cool evening ride.

Learn to ride with private lessons by a professional instructor; group lessons are also available.
