The annual Stevensville Scarecrow Festival kicks off October 6-7, 2017. This is a fun, whimsical, creative and family-friendly event, and it’s free! Local businesses, clubs, families, and organizations make creative scarecrows to display, and competition is fierce for the coveted People’s Choice Awards! Vote for your favorites on Friday evening, October 6 from 4-9 pm, or Saturday, October 7 from 9am to 2pm.

“First Friday” evening also includes Living Statues on Main Street, dancing scarecrows, music, food, kids carved/decorated pumpkin contest, face painting, straw bale maze, business specials throughout downtown, and more. Saturday’s fun includes scarecrow viewing and voting, straw bale maze, bouncy house, giant slide, free kids movie, face painting, pumpkin bowling, business specials, and Farmers Market.
