CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAIL, NATIONAL FOREST TRAIL | Lincoln

The Stemple Pass Ski Trails are a system of 4 basic ungroomed connected ski trail loops that provide opportunities for beginner and intermediate cross-country skiing. 2 km of easiest, 20 km of more difficult, 10 km of most difficult trail; no grooming. Parking available for 40 vehicles. Stemple Pass sits on the Continental Divide and the skier should be prepared for rapidly changing weather. Outhouse available at the trailhead, no other facilities. Trail information and ski rentals available in Helena from Base Camp and Bob Ward & Sons.
