South Fork Four Lakes Trail (460) is a primary access route to the Cube Iron-Mt. Silcox Roadless Area. It affords a loop route with others returning to the point of origin.

  • Take the West Fork Thompson Creek Road to Lakes Creek Road. At the end of the road the trailhead lies. Turn west off of the Thompson River Road 556 up the West Fork of Thompson River on Forest Road 603. Stay on the open road until it ends at the Four Lakes Creek Trailhead. Trail 460 leaves the trailhead on an old logging road. This trail intersects Trail 450 and a return loop to the trailhead is possible via Trail 459.
