Shining Mountain Cabins are perfectly situated on 25 acres at the base of the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains. Just 35 miles north of Yellowstone Park, they offer breathtaking views of four mountain ranges. Varying lights of the Montana skies and glimpses of nature and wildlife soothe the soul year-round.

Perfect for creative reflection, the cabins are decorated with arts and crafts from Shining Mountain Gallery, also owned by Gary and Vicky Holland. They are totally self-contained with all the conveniences including washer/dryer, microwave, blender, cooler, radio/CD player, gas BBQ, etc. Relax in the leather couch or king-size bed in the loft and read, watch an old movie on video/DVD, play cribbage, scrabble, etc. If you are travelling with your fishing buddy, the king-sized bed can be split into two extra long twins.

Enjoy a toddy and on the covered porch and watch the elk, or mule deer bucks go by. Yellowstone River and several wonderful creeks are only minutes away as well as waterfalls to walk to. You may eat inside at the Amish-made dining table w/hickory chairs or at the wrought iron table on the porch or in the sun on the picnic table! Quiet and the wide open skies will bring you back next year!!!
