Join Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County for their annual fundraising event, Rocky Mountain Chefs Invitational. Enjoy a gourmet meal and wine pairing with featured chef, Josh Smouse. Josh is the Executive Chef at Honeywood restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky. He and his wife (and infant daughter) are excited for their first trip to Red Lodge and hope to spend a few extra days visiting Yellowstone and enjoying our area’s renowned local beauty. Josh is known for his fresh, locally-sourced (when possible) food that highlights his creativity and passion for Southern and Kentucky cuisine.
