The menu at Pomp, like the name itself, reflects Montana's land and history. 'Pomp' is the nickname that William Clark gave to Sacagawea's son, Jean Baptiste Charbonneau, the legendary Native American who became part of the Lewis & Clark Corps of Discovery Expedition in the early 1800s. Though it changes on a daily, Executive Chef Bret Edlund's menu at Pomp features everything from local greens and cheeses to elk loin, angus filet and wild caught salmon. Open nightly for dinner from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. For reservations, please call (406) 244-7300.
