Loon Lake Campground

NATIONAL FOREST CAMPGROUND |

Loon Lake Campground is located on the Kootenai National Forest in northwest Montana at an elevation of 3,600 feet. It is a small campground approximately 20 miles south of the town of Yaak, and 20 miles northwest of Libby. There are 4 campsites (two with tent pads, tables and fire rings and able to accomodate up to a 20' RV. Cmpground roads and parking spurs are gravel and native material. Amenities include a vault toilet, an undeveloped access for small boats. Pets are welcome, but they must be leashed. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Please limit stay to 14 days. No camping fee.
