Length: 9.6 miles

Trailhead: Follow the Many Glacier Road to the parking lot for Swiftcurrent Motor Inn. Turn right immediately after the inn and follow the road around to the Iceberg Lake/Ptarmigan Tunnel trailhead.

This hike shares a trailhead as well as the first 2.7 miles with the Ptarmigan Tunnel Trail. The trail passes below Altyn Peak and Mount Wilbur with obscured views of Ptarmigan Falls. Split off just after Ptarmigan Falls and continue to Iceberg Lake, an emerald lake with floating icebergs, surrounded by 2,000 foot cliffs.
