Swimming, fishing, and boating may be enjoyed on Foy Lake. Fish Wildlife and Parks does have a fishing access site on Foy Lake, but it is undeveloped. The boat ramp and swimming facilities are associated with the county park. The lake is stocked annually with rainbow trout.
