Sunset Creek Trail (234) is a good hike on a hot summer day as the trail is in a wooded, shady area for the first mile and crosses five creeks.   • Take the St. Regis Exit on I-90. Go west on the Old Mullan Road 2148. A half mile down the road take the Little Joe Road 282. In 3.3 miles you'll come to So. Fork Little Joe Road 221, turn left and go 5.9 miles to the trailhead. The trail crosses the South Fork Little Joe Creek on a footbridge just beyond the trailhead.1
