Lantis Spring Campground is located on the Custer Gallatin National Forest in southeast Montana near the South Dakota border. At an elevation of 6,000 feet, the campground encompasses 6 acres. There are 4 campsites with restrooms and a spring runs through the campground. Drinking water is available. The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 16 feet. Pets are allowed if on a leash. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Please limit your stay to 14 days. No camping fee.

- Lantis Spring Campground is located about 35 miles southeast of Ekalaka in the Long Pine Hills. Travel 3 miles west of Camp Crook, SD on SD 20, 7 miles west on Tie Creek Road, then 2 miles north on Forest Road 118, then 1 mile northeast on Forest Road 117.
