Fountain Paint Pots

The Fountain Paint Pots are a very intriguing phenomena. Just south of the turn-off to the freight road, (8 miles north of Old Faithful) there will be a large parking area for the one-half mile walk around the Fountain Paint Pots. Along the walk will be Silex Spring, Morning Geyser, Fountain Geyser, Jet Geyser, Spasm Geyser, Jelly Geyser, Clepsydra Geyser and the bubbling Fountain Paint Pots. At a distance the Kaleidoscope Geyser erupts to heights of 30 to 50 feet and can be viewed from the walk way.
