Cascade Falls Trail (242) starts in the campground and ends at Cascade Falls Overlook. A brochure is available at the campground. There are benches at the overlook and along the trail. The nature trail is part of a National Recreation Trail and provides views of the Clark Fork River Canyon from the overlook.

- The start of the trail is located at Cascade campground. The campground is located adjacent to Montana. Highway 135 between St. Regis, Montana. and the Highway 135 - Highway 200 junction (approximately 6 miles from the Highway junction).
