Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath at the MMAC

Join us in the Montana Museum of Art and Culture in the upstairs Payne Gallery for an evening of community, art, & wellness on Thursday September 3 from 5-6:15 PM. The event will feature Slow Flow Yoga by Kayla West and a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath by Gregory Matarazzo. BYO yoga mat, eye covering, and water bottle.
