Holiday Lights and Other Jolly Festivities

Experience holiday cheer in Montana this winter at an event in any corner of the state:

Lewistown: The Charlie Russell Chew Choo transforms into the North Pole Adventure Train each year, with cocoa, cookies, stories, songs, games, a trip to the North Pole and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. The festive train ride crosses over historic trestles and through ranchlands, offering beautiful views of wintry Central Montana.

Philipsburg: Philipsburg’s Yule Night Festivities allow visitors to browse the local artisan Yule Night Market at the Granite County Museum, take a photo with the resident Santa Claus and frost gingerbread cookies at the Philipsburg Library with the kids ahead of the Parade of Lights that evening, which features floats from local businesses and community organizations.

Sidney: The Annual Parade of Lights held in Sidney, the easternmost town in Montana,  is an evening of glowing floats, holiday music and community cheer.
