Pinto Point Trail (52) offers a nice day hike to the lower campsite along Big Creek road or the upper trailhead. The lower trail exits from a dispersed campsite and then climbs out of the canyon via a series of switchbacks to Maxine Point. It then follows a ridge to Pinto Point and continues to the upper trailhead and the junction with Road 255. Nice vistas open along the ridgetop trail, especially at Maxine and Pinto Points. The trail offers a nice day hike to the lwoer campsite or the upper trailhead. Water is not available along the trail.Length: 3.0 miles.
