This is a promotional game of chance conducted pursuant to Montana Code Annotated Title 23, chapter 5, and Administrative Rule of Montana 23.16.3501.
The contest is administered by the Montana Department of Commerce (Administrator). Prizes are sponsored and awarded by individual tourism vendors (Sponsors) located within tourism regions of the state of Montana.
Entrants will enter their name and email, and agree to contest rules, on contest web page. Entry form will be housed at https://visitmt.com/giveaway
Eligibility: No purchase necessary; must be resident of the United States; must be 21 years of age or older; Montana Department of Commerce employees and their immediate family not eligible to enter; add other eligibility here.
Limitations: Limit one entry per week per person. Entrants are only eligible to win one drawing throughout the contest.
Prize details. Prize package each week will be listed prominently on the contest webpage.
Contest winners will be selected at random each week. One winner per week for seven weeks.
By accepting prizes, the winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the contest Administrator and prize Sponsors, which are final and binding.
The winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Administrator and Sponsors and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of the prize or prize experience.
The winner is solely responsible for all state, federal, and local taxes and fees.
Prizes are non-transferrable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other prize.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Administrator or Sponsors.
Administrator is not responsible for delivering prize or prize experience.
Sponsors are solely responsible for delivering prize or prize experience to a winner.
In claiming a prize, the winner is responsible for obtaining prize directly from Sponsor and arranging dates and times to claim the prize or prize experience. Sponsors may establish expiration dates for prizes by which time prizes must be picked up or experienced.
Transportation is not included. The winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from prize pick up location or to receive prize experience.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Contest dates run from 6/1/2025-7/20/2025
