Open Mic is back at The Covellite, and we’re kicking off
this new season with a fresh twist: each month brings a
different host, a different energy, and a different flavor
of performance to the stage, ensuring every Tuesday feels
alive with new voices, new stories, and surprising turns.

For October, the stage belongs to Aaron Armstrong, a folk
punk singer-songwriter from western Montana whose raw lyrics
and gritty acoustic sound carry the spirit of rebellion.
Whether he’s busking on a sidewalk or filling a room with tunes,
Aaron sings for outcasts, dreamers, and those still fighting
for a better world. This month, he’ll guide the night,
keeping the energy alive as performers step up and share.

Here’s how it works:

Sign up at the door for your chance at the mic.
Music, poetry, comedy, dance, stories- all welcome every week.

All ages are invited to perform, or simply attend and meet your neighbors.

Doors at 7PM. Performances begin shortly after arrival.
