DISCOVER FORT-IFIED HISTORY

Stop at historic Old Fort Benton to see the frontier version of Target. You can browse bison, robes, beads, guns and cloth that once filled this trading post. Numerous museums dot the town, including Homestead Village, with restored homes and busiesses moved from abandoned homestead-era towns. Visit in late June during Summer Celebration for Wild West reenactments, a parade and food.
