Montana Raft Company

about

  • Glacier
  • Whitewater Rafting Guide
Explore Glacier and it's bordering rivers with the only company that offers guided hiking, rafting, and fishing tours in and around Glacier National Park. Venture down the Wild and Scenic Middle and North Forks of the Flathead River with guides who know these waters. We offer trips with smaller groups (we don't overpack our boats), great food and personal service. Wetsuits and wet shoes are included at no extra cost. Safety and professionalism are fundamental to who we are as a company.

The Montana Raft Company offers half day to three day river rafting trips on rivers that create the southwestern boundary to Glacier National Park. We specialize in Whitewater Rafting, Fly Fishing from drift boats, Scenic Floats, Inflatable Kayaks and Overnight River Trips. We even offer Combination Hike and Raft tours with our sister company, Glacier Guides, Inc. who was chosen in 1983 as the exclusive hiking guide service inside Glacier National Park. Since most of our guides work for both companies, we know this area better than any company around.

Why choose us?
We won't overcrowd your boat: We put the fewest people in a boat of any company in the area. What does that mean for you? Everybody gets a paddle and a window seat if they want it.

No hidden Charges: Montana Raft Company does not charge extra for wetsuits, which are mandatory certain times of the year.

Guide experience, knowledge, safety and service: Over 90 percent of the Glacier Guides and Montana Raft Company's 80 member staff returns every season.

Interpretation and preservation focus: Chosen to be the exclusive hiking-guide service of Glacier National Park. Our focus on interpretation and preservation is unequaled.

Equipment quality: Montana Raft runs top quality Hyside boats and other support gear.

Top notch facilities: We also have shaded parking, volleyball, horseshoes, picnic area, free Wifi, photo center, gift and gear store and restrooms!

We give back: We support over 50 local and environmental causes.
