The Holt Heritage Museum is a private museum built by Bill and Ramona Holt to house the memorabilia they have collected throughout their married life. The Cowboys and Indian, Rodeos and Pow Wow's collection tells the story of cowboys and their equipment, including the evolution of different types of saddles and tack. Celebrity's western boots are a part of the collection too. Nez Perce, Salish/Kootenai and Crow are included in the Indian collections.

The museum is located on the famous Lolo Trail or the the Nez Perce (Nee-Me-Poo) trail which was used by Lewis and Clark in 1805 and 1806.

The museum is open by appointment only.
